Laura M. Masterson

Livonia - Laura M. Masterson, 93, died peacefully on March 16, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband George F. Masterson. She was born the daughter of George and Laura Tidemann O'Malley on Dec. 22, 1913 in Cleveland, N.Y. She was a librarian for many years and also a housekeeper at St. Joseph's Church in Livonia. She is survived by her five loving children, Lynn Barbera, Fran (Reed) Anderson, Greg (Barbara Bernan) Masterson, Kevin Masterson, Nedra (Kenneth) Keller; daughter-in-law Pam Masterson; 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. There will be no prior calling. A Memorial Mass will be announced at a later date. In her memory, please consider donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (ALS), 1425 Jefferson Road, Rochester NY 14623; Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1650 South Ave., Rochester NY 14620; Livonia Public Library, P.O. Mary Jane McKeown

Geneseo resident

Geneseo - Mary Jane McKeown, 76, a retired teacher's aid for Genesee Valley BOCES in Mount Morris, died March 15, 2007 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville. Mrs. McKeown was a longtime resident of Reservoir Road in Geneseo and was most recently a rehab patient at Conesus Lake Nursing Home in Livonia. She is survived by her son David McKeown of New York City; her daughter Sally (John Pasquale) Christiano of Livonia; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Dick” McKeown and her grandsons, Adam and Aaron Christiano. She was born July 12, 1930 in Reading, Pa. the daughter of Albert and Juliet Meaney Koelle. No prior calling hours. Memorial services will be announced by Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the Teresa House, 21 Highland Rd., Geneseo NY 14454.

Susan A. Peritore

Dansville resident

Susan A. Peritore, 51, of Dansville, died March 16, 2007 at Highland Hospital in Rochester. She was born the daughter of Michael and LaVerne Peritore on April 9, 1955 in Dansville. She is survived by two sisters, Antoinette (Ray) Goodman of Mount Morris and Tina (William) Harrison of Castile; brother David (Misty) Peritore of Dansville; nieces, nephews and a special friend John Cleveland of Dansville. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and LaVerne, brothers, Ronald, Gary and Michael. No prior calling. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the John W. Martin Funeral Home, 37 Chapel St., (Route 408) in Mount Morris. Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to National Kidney Foundation.
