Patricia L. Bowers

Patricia L. Bowers, 54, of 1826 Hemmer Road, Wayland, N.Y. passed away June 30, 2002 at McAuley Manor in Hornell, N.Y. Pat was born December 24, 1947 in Wayland, the daughter of Harold and Marion Byrnes Englert residing her early life in Springwater she resided 5 years in Dansville prior to moving to Wayland. Pat was employed in the customer service department for the Genesee Valley Teachers Association of the Federal Credit Union in Dansville. She is survived by her husband, Harry Bowers; one daughter, Pam (John) Linfoot of Geneseo; her father Harold Englert of Dansville; her step-children, Kenneth (Lisa) Bowers, Theresa Bump, Chad Bowers and Scott (Amy) Bowers all of Wayland; six grandchildren. Friends called yesterday at the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted today in the Funeral Home at the convenience of the family. Rev. Stephen Kraus officiating. Internment Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Sarah D. Henry

Sarah D. Henry, age 94 of Mount Morris formerly of 118 Franklin Street, Dansville died Friday June 28, 2002 at the Livingston County Campus SNF. She was born the daughter of James and Lillian (Tieter) Moulthrop on April 7, 1908 in Mount Morris. She was employed at General Foods in Avon prior to her retirement. She was a former member of the Moose Club of Dansville. She is survived by 2 Sons John Henry of Nunda, Lewis (Evelyn) Henry of Mt. Morris. Several Grand and Great Grandchildren. 3 Sisters Katherine Baker, Mabel Zito and Helen Peritore all of Mount Morris. 1 Brother George Moulthrop of Batavia. Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by her Children Madge Brown and William Henry. Friends called Sunday 7-9 at the JOHN W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, where funeral services were held Monday at 10 am. The Reverend James Bender officiating. Interment Mt. Morris Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.

Joan K. McBride

Joan K. McBride, age 67, of West Main Street, Lima, died Friday, June 21 at her home. She was born the daughter of Harry and Mildred Pennington Newman on June 12, 1935 in Rochester. She was a school teacher, retiring from the Honeoye Falls-Lima School District. She also taught in the Spencerport School District and in Toronto, Canada. She was predeceased by her husband Terrence J. McBride. She is survived by her son Michael McBride of Lima; sister Joyce (Bud) Krenzer; several nieces and nephews and cousins. No prior calling. Friends attended a memorial service Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church of East Avon with the Rev. Tom Taylor officiating. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make memorial contributions to the Joan McBride Scholarship Fund, 20 Church Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472. Arrangements by the Kevin W. Bernadine T. Morsch

Bernadine T. Morsch, 86, formerly of 8 Hamilton Street, Wayland, passed away Tuesday, June 25, after a short illness. Bernadine was born October 17, 1915 in Wamego, Ka., the daughter of Edmond and Margaret McNeive Mulligan, residing her early life in Wamego. She also resided 77 years in Detroit, Mi. prior to moving to Wayland in 1982. She married Sylvester Morsch May 13, 1936 in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Detroit. Bernadine was a Communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Perkinsville, NY. Predeceased by her husband, Sylvester in 1992. She is survived by one son, Kenneth W. Morsch of Reno, Nv.; two daughters, Sister Jean Celeste of Jensen Beach, Fla. and Leslie and M. Jane (Ray) Jakubiec of Livonia, Mi; two grandchildren Leslie and Christopher; three great grandchildren, Harrison, Devin and Ariana; one sister, Betty Westmorland of Dallas, Tx.; two brothers, Joseph Mulligan of Ca. and William Mulligan of Kansas City, Mo.; two special friends, Catherine Rauber and Cathy Snyder both of Wayland. Friends called Wednesday at the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home in Wayland. Friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Perkinsville. Internment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Perkinsville.

Curtis E. Rowell

Curtis E. Rowell of Henderson, NV, formerly of Honeoye passed away this week. Mr. Rowell was a member of the TTOS and TTCS Train Clubs and a long time resident of Honeoye and gave countless hours to the Richmond Fire Department. He is survived by his wife Shirley J. Rowell, son Brian C. and Janis Rowell of Canadice, daughter Janice E. Rowell of Las Vegas, special sisters and brothers Carol and Paul Marshall, George and Denise Born, Bob and Janis Born and Beverly and Trent Thomas, several nieces and nephews. Friends attended a memorial service on July 2 at the Honeoye United Church of Christ with the Rev. Brian Krause officiating. Burial Marion Cometary. Lewis A. Wells

Lewis A. Wells, age 79 of Route 15, Conesus, died Monday, June 24, at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville. He was born the son of Frank and Ethel Cox Wells on October 30, 1922 in West Bloomfield. He was a retiree of the Livingston County Highway Department in 1987. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Doris; his daughters Sally Wells (Fay Buzard) Joanne (Jerry) Clickner; grandson Jayson Clickner; sisters Doris Gruschaw and Retta Dusett. Several nieces and nephews, family and friends. Friends called Friday at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc, Livonia where a memorial service followed calling.
